• 1. 차용자, 대출자

• The Borrower shall not create any mortgage over its property ; provided that a mortgage may be created on any property acquired to provide living accomodations for persons employed, by or otherwise associated with the Borrower. 차용자는 그의 부동산에 담보를 설정하여서는 아니된다. 다만, 차용자의 피용인이거나 기타 사유로 관련된 자에게 주거를 목적으로 제공하기 위하여 취득한 부동산에는 담보를 설정할 수 있다.
