1. 눈에 띄게, 두드러지게(In a conspicuous manner; noticeably.)
To be protected hereunder, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION must be disclosed in written or graphic form conspicuously labeled with the name of the DISCLOSER as CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, or disclosed aurally and be documented in detail, labeled as above, and submitted by DISCLOSER in written or graphic form to RECIPIENT within twenty (20) business days thereafter. "비밀정보"로 보호받기 위해서는 "공개당사자"의 명의와 함께 문자나 기호의 형태로 "비밀정보"라고 눈에 띄게 라벨을 붙여 공개하거나, 일단 구두로 공개된 후 20영업일 이내에 "공개당사자"가 "수신당사자"에게 문자나 기호의 형태로 앞서 언급한 라벨을 붙여 문서화하는 방법으로 공개되어야 한다.
