- No provision of this Treaty shall be interpreted as diminishing the rights under the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of any national or resident of any country party to that Convention. 이 조약의 어떠한 규정도 공업소유권의 보호를 위한 파리협약당사국 국민 또는 거주자의 동 협약상의 권리를 축소하는 것으로 해석되지 아니한다.
