- If, upon receipt of the Contract Products, it is found not to be in compliance with the quality standards, ABC shall replace the Contract Products of the part of a Contract Product not meeting the quality standards, and/or shall indemnify the Distributor against any direct damage incurred actually by the Distributor. "계약 제품"의 수령 후 품질 기준에 미치지 아니함이 발견된 경우, ABC는 품질 기준에 부합하지 아니하는 "계약 제품"의 일부를 다른 "계약 제품"으로 교환하여야 하고 및 또는 "대리점"이 입은 실제의 직접 손해로부터 "대리점"을 면책시켜 주어야 한다.
