Notwithstanding termination or expiration of PROJECT and/or this Agreement between the PARTIES or consummation of a business relationship between the PARTIES, the PARTIES agree that any obligation with regard to CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION pursuant to this Agreement shall continue. However, such obligations of the PARTIES shall be terminated when CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION is disclosed and becomes generally available to the public without any breach of this Agreement caused by wilful misconduct or negligence of brokers, agents, officers or employees of RECIPIENT. 당사자 간의 “프로젝트” 및/또는 이 계약의 종료 또는 당사자간의 영업관계의 완성에 불구하고, 당사자들은 본 계약에 따르는 “비밀 정보”에 관한 의무는 지속됨에 동의한다. 그러나, 당사자들의 그러한 의무는, “수신당사자”의 중개인, 대리인, 피용인들의 의도적인 실수나 해태에 의하여 본 계약을 위반함이 없이 “비밀 정보”가 공개되고 일반 공중에 일반적으로 알려졌을 때 종료된다.
