• If the manufacture of the Products is discontinued by the manufacturer for business reasons or otherwise, the Seller may terminate any outstanding order which has been accepted but with respect to which delivery has not yet been made. "제조자"가 경영상 또는 그 밖의 이유로 "제품"의 생산을 중단하는 경우, "판매자"는 이미 주문은 완료되었으나 운송이 완료되지 아니한 주문을 철회할 수 있다.
