If the parties have agreed on payment in advance, without further indication, it will be assumed that such advance payment, unless otherwise agreed, refers to the full price, and that the advance payment must be received by the Seller’s bank in immediately available funds at least 30 days before the agreed date of delivery or the earliest date within the agreed delivery period. 당사자들이 부가적인 명시 없이 선지급을 합의한 경우에는, 그러한 선지급액은 별도의 합의가 없는 한 대금 전액을 언급하는 것으로 보아야 하며, 또 선지급액은 반드시 약정된 인도기일로부터 또는 약정된 인도기간의 첫날로부터 적어도 30일 이내에 매도인의 거래은행에서 즉시 이용가능한 자금의 형태로 수령되어야 하는 것으로 보아야 한다.
