• 1. (사업체의) 영업권[고객 호감도]

• Except as may otherwise be provided herein, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, neither party shall be required to pay any indemnity to the other for any loss or profit, goodwill, creation of clientele or other like items, advertising costs, costs of samples, termination of employees, employees' salaries, or the like. 달리 규정된 경우를 제외하고, 이 계약이 만료 또는 종료되는 경우 일방 당사자는 타방 당사자의 손해, 영업권, 고객 기타 물품의 확보, 광고비, 샘플비용, 피용인의 계약종료, 피용인의 급여 등에 대하여 면책시키기 위하여 비용을 지급할 것을 요구받지 아니한다.
