If an event of default under clause 18.3 above occurs, KUJ may at its own option terminate this Deed of Settlement by notice in writing to OPY, whereupon all outstanding obligations under this Deed of Settlement of KUJ shall be cancelled. 18.3조에 규정한 채무불이행이 있는 경우, KUJ는 OPY에게 서면 통보로서 본 계약을 종료할 수 있는 권한이 있다. 이 경우, KUJ가 이행하지 아니한 모든 계약상 의무는 취소된다.
This Agreement may be terminated, at the option of ABC, by giving to the Distributor thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intention so to terminate in each case of the following events : 이 계약은 다음 각호의 경우 ABC의 선택에 따라, 계약을 종료하기 30일 전의 서면 통지를 "대리점"에게 보냄으로서 종료될 수 있다.
