Territory shall mean Vietnam, The Distributor shall not sell the Contract Products to other areas than Vietnam, without the prior written consent of ABC, nor shall the Distributor sell the Contract Products to persons or businesses entities which may resell them outside the Territory. "지역"은 베트남을 의미한다. "대리점"은 ABC의 사전 서면 동의 없이는 베트남을 제외한 다른 지역에 "계약 제품"을 판매할 수 없다. 또한 "대리점"은 "지역" 이외에서 다른 사람이나 회사가 제품을 재판매할 목적으로는 "계약 제품"을 판매할 수 없다.
With respect to those territories to which this Convention is not extended at the time of signature, ratification or accession, each State concerned shall consider the possibility of taking the necessary steps in order to extend the application of the Convention to such territories, subject, where necessary for constitutional reasons to the consent of the Government of such territories. 서명, 비준 또는 가입시에 이 협약이 확대 적용되지 아니한 영토에 관하여는 각 관계국가는 헌법상의 이유에 의하여 필요한 경우에는 이러한 영토의 정부의 동의를 얻을 것을 조건으로 하고, 이 협약을 이러한 영토에 확대 적용하기 위하여 조치를 취할 수 있는 가능성을 고려하여야 한다.
