• Neither party may be held liable for delay or failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder, if such delay of failure occurs because of force majeure including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, rebellion, commotion... 어느 당사자도, 천재지변, 전쟁, 반란, 소동을 포함하되 이에 한정하지 않는 불가항력에 의하여 여기에 규정한 의무를 지연하거나 이행하지 못한 경우에도 책임을 지지 아니한다.
