In case of termination of this Agreement by either party for any reason, ABC may at its sole option repurchase from the Distributor at the net price paid by the Distributor to ABC, plus actual freight on shipments to the Distributor, any or all of the Contract Products or parts thereof in the possession of the Distributor. 이유를 막론하고 양 당사자에 의하여 이 계약이 종료되는 경우, ABC는 자신의 선택으로 "대리점"으로부터, "대리점"이 ABC에게 지불한 금액에 "대리점"까지의 실제 운송료를 더한 금액으로 "대리점"이 소유하고 있는 "계약 제품" 및 그 부품의 일부 또는 전부를 되살 수 있다.
