The Geneva Protocol on Arbitration Clauses of 1923 and the Geneva Convention of the Execution of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1927 shall cease to have effect between Contracting States on their becoming bound and to the extent that they become bound, by this Convention. 1923년 중재조항에 관한 제네바 의정서 및 1927년의 외국중재판정의 집행에 관한 제네바 협약은 체약국간에 있어 이 협약에 의한 구속을 받게 되는 때부터 그 구속을 받는 한도내에서 효력을 종료한다.
