In order for deputies to the National Assembly of People or delegates to the Provincial and Municipal Assemblies to be considered elected they must get more than half the number of valid votes cast in the electoral districts. 국회 의원이나 지방의회 의원이 당선되기 위해서는 그 선거구에서 유효투표 수의 1/2 이상을 득표하여야 한다.
